Spooled Up Charters

 If you're ready to catch fish we've got you covered with Spooled Up Charters.
Fishing from a few ports allows us to be on the fish, Westfield, Dunkirk and also Sunset Bay (Hanover launch).

You're likely to go after Walleye, Yellow Perch, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Lake Trout, and more, depending on the time of the year.

On these trips, you can expect to troll using rod in hand, Planer Boards, Dipsy Divers, Downriggers.
May and early June give opportunity to troll evenings' in shallow water with rod in hand.
March, April, And May, Weather dependent gives opportunity for Rod in hand Perch Jigging. Most Perch trips leave from Hanover boat launch (sunset bay)

Capt. Dan welcomes you aboard a 19' Aluminum Starcraft Superfisherman that holds up to 3 passengers. It comes with Cooler for your catch, Minn Kota autopilot trolling motor, rod holders, downriggers, Fishfinders, gps, and all the safety gear

All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, catching fish!  Please make sure to buy a valid NYS fishing license ahead of time.

The weather is rarely as predicted when out on Lake Erie!!!  Cool, breezy conditions are common in the morning and warmer, sunny conditions can dominate into the evening at times.  Dress in layers and be prepared for a full range of temperatures one might encounter for that time of year.  Wear a hat and bring along your favorite sun screen. It is important to use sun screen SPF 30 or higher when on the water.  Soft soled shoes, flip flops or crocks. Please no boots. 

 You are welcome to bring along a small cooler with food and drinks.  Dehydration is a common occurrance when out on the water.  We will always have water aboard the boat.  If you are prone to motion sickness, we advise you take whatever medicine you prefer on the evening before your charter.  Avoid acidic or spicy food before your charter but be sure to eat.
